3. Business content and listings

Businesses are solely responsible for their listings, communications, order fulfillment, pricing, and customer interactions.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscription features may require paid plans. Fees, upgrade calculations, prorations, and duration caps are determined by current subscription policies.

5. Platform availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zeniflick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
